Fill your Pyrex 1 / 2 or more, and add a bit of Dawn.
Micorwave with the Pryex the solution for one or two minutes.
Since the solution is heated, it will remove most of the fat, the rest is easy to clean, to remove from the microwave.
I love this trick, and also used for pots and pans in the oven, but instead of cooking in the microwave, put water and in the twilight and the oven heat a little. It's that simple.
