This woman is my group Bible study and I have known for a few months, and I wonder if I have a small gift (like a bib or boots or something for your baby is born) baby, or just say power should be congratulated?

I would say it is by no means expected, but if you prefer, or if it is "you" please give a gift ... But I would not go too far or it may be uncomfortable with it. Babies are always a good reason to give gifts, unlike birthdays come every year from time to time (for most people anyway), so that we are different type of situation to come.
Perhaps a simple enough card with a poem about the gifts and the joy of the children would be. Or maybe the whole group would be together and get a gift or a Bible practicalitly for your newborn with his name on it - which is what we often in our group.
